Once we receive your deposts and confirm your numbers, we allocate your hotel on a 'best available' basis. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your selected hotel, we will move your party to an alternative hotel (subject to availability). Please be assured that our customers' satisfaction is very important to us.

Please Note - There is a supplement of £15 per person per night for our Superior hotels.
