COVID-19 UPDATE FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS

We appreciate the worries that COVID has caused us all and we would very much like to reassure you we are committed to delivering
a great Blackpool weekend for your party. Your money is secure and unlike a number of event companies and hotels that have
gone into liquidation during the past 12 months, we continue to trade and expect to do so for many years to come.

Rescheduling of Events
If your event date cannot or could not go ahead due to COVID restrictions, we will reschedule your event for a weekend of your choice
any time up until June 30, 2022. You do not have to decide now, you can simply let us know once you have chosen a new date.
Please Note - We are not issuing refunds in line with our terms and conditions and the UK travel industry as a whole.

Monies Paid
All monies paid will be available for your rescheduled trip.

Rescheduling Costs and Admin Fees
Some companies are charging Admin Fees or increasing prices for rescheduled stays.
There is no additional charge for your rescheduled stay and even if as is inevitable, prices increase after lockdown ends, we will not charge you any extra.
The price that you paid at the time of booking stands and you will not be charged a penny extra for your stay.

How to reschedule
Simply email us at sales@partyinblackpool.co.uk once you have decided on your rescheduled date.
Please quote the lead name and the original date you were scheduled to travel.
